Jumbleberry Waffle with Jumbleberry Frozen Yogourt

I did promise a more traditional Ice cream recipe then Avocado Olive Oil, so I went back to my recipe archive and found a recipe that was not chosen for the current Inspired magazine. As I recall the objective was a fast simple dessert for a week night so I put our extern student at the time, Ally (who is now a graduate) with our associate Sasha (aka Alex) to see what they could come up with…

We, here at The Compliments Culinary Centre, thought that it was a great tasting recipe that was attractive and is a snap to put together.

Jumbleberry Waffle with Jumbleberry Frozen Yogourt
Makes 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes

4 Compliments Wild Jumbleberry Belgian Waffles [1]
2 cups (500 mL) Compliments Wild Jumbleberry Frozen Yogurt [2]
2 tbsp (30 mL) Compliments Sensations Chocolate Raspberry Drizzler [3]

  1. Prepare waffles as indicated on the package, divide yogurt onto 2 waffles and top with remaining waffles. Cut in half and top with drizzler.
