Pasta salads are so versatile they can be made using almost any fresh ingredients. Because the possibilities are endless it can sometimes be difficult to focus on one feature ingredient or flavour as a starting point. For inspiration I often look to some of my other favourite things to eat, such as a turkey club sandwich. If it works on bread, the flavours will certainly work well together in a pasta salad with a little adaptation.
